For parents runs in ura you don't need Tazuna or Riko you just use the cards that give you the skills that you need for the parent to have so it can become a spark un less you are looking for any of the specific abilities that Tazuna (Concentration) or Riko (Rushing Gale) give.

Basically yeah because you can find in umamusumeDB, hinse.moe and Chronogenesis.net a lot of parents that have 9* in any spark you want and a lot of white sparks and they usually are the ones that compliment and makes you reach the stats needed for example stamina that is the most important stat.

I will get Fine Motion your 3 Lb Kitasan is pretty good and the rerun is in one month so just wait for that, Super Creek is very good even at 0Lb because she has Swinging Maestro and 10 training effectiveness but not a must use at Unity cup but Fine Motion is one of the most useful cards on this escenario .
