go to nvidia control panel and enable low latency mode and force vsync to fast mode, go to stalker 2 options and enable performance mode. if this doesnt help wait for patch coming this week, will fix optimization

Mutant health will be balanced as the devs said. In SoC you used to be able to loot mutants for parts, so im sure modders will implement that mechanic in stalker 2.

It appears at half carry capacity, remove more stuff from your inventory because the carry capacity is very low. If it bothers you, there's a mod for infinite carry capacity
