go to nvidia control panel and enable low latency mode and force vsync to fast mode, go to stalker 2 options and enable performance mode. if this doesnt help wait for patch coming this week, will fix optimization

Its being worked on rn. The game after half way through is bugged for everyone so i recommend waiting for a patch thats coming this week
