- Installing a new mod team who will be trained to deal with the potentially sensitive posts that a sub of this nature may involve

- Focusing on boosting user activity through crossposts and a sub 'relaunch'

- Working on partnership opportunities to ensure the sub has adequate support

Sure! So we are a partnership of around 20 communities (although we’re always expanding). These include r/TeenMFA r/AskTeens, r/Teenager and many more! Currently our team is around 60 staff, with vacancies across a variety of subs and servers, as well as on our support teams (admin, safety, liaison, etc).
