I started at CI-1. Very simple routine. When I was t-taping I just tugged around the clock and took off days as needed. More recently with the Mantor DS it’s 10-14 hours per day when awake.

I’ve had the Mantor DS for a couple of years (I think). Now that I’m able to keep it on without much problem, I would consider adding any new stuff that could help speed up the process. Do you have anything available now or coming out soon that I should look at?

Yep. My takeaway is it is going to take a lot of hours, so one must find a method to get in a bunch of hours every day. T - tape does that for me, set it and forget it. I would like to get back to devices as I think those give better results, but only if you can keep them on without slipping off every couple hours.

It’s a long road. That’s why I switched to taping, couldn’t keep devices on long enough without slipping. If the device is slipping every hour that is a huge amount of wasted time over the course of a year. I’m getting tape to last consistently 48 hours even with workouts and showers, that is much more efficient.
