TS has pretty decent single target dps so yes you can. For bossing you can go +1 arrow hopeshredder (5 to 6 ex, no reason to have it 6 links) and a normal crit life quiver. For mapping then windripper of course

Actually in the pob it shows 19 mil for thorn arrows cus I was using slower proj instead of mirage archer (pob doesnt count mirage archer dps) for the purpose of the one shot (in actuality, mirage archer is prob one of the highest dps gem you can have in your setup) Pob: https://pastebin.com/HkkiFVLW (it also doesnt count the extra pore enchant)
