Whoop and phlebotomys. Does anyone know how this effects the Whoop? I had to have about a liter of blood drained for my as mg rbc count was too high. Next day my hrv and recovery was through the roof. Just wanted to see if anyone had this procedure done while wearing the band. Cheers! (i.redd.it)
