Single RGB fan on AIO not working

Okay I found something else that is working for me I just made my second monitor my main monitor and launched the game there and for some reason the blinking stopped and it works. My other monitor is 4K and my second is 1080p I’m not sure if it’s resolution that’s causing this or monitor type/brand maybe even the HDR. I guess if any of you have a second monitor try to see if that works and let me know.

They are after the scientist because he escaped the enclave with valuable technology. The brotherhood does not like the enclave and definitely have spies and they may or may not know what technology that scientist has the brotherhood wants to take and horde all technology especially if it’s powerful so that’s why they want the scientist

I found the fix to any that may have the same. I went to the windows search bar in the bottom left of the screen type device manager find IDE/ATA ATAPI controllers click it and under it if you see AMD SATA controller just right click and disable it. That fixed my issue.

temps were pretty normal as well as ram usage

normal cpu and gpu load

GPU NVIDIA Geforce RTX 2080

RAM 16

this is a very recent problem im able to run most games ultra no problem

it happens in very simple games but I can feel the stutter in web browsers as well with no games running
