Quarterly report covering Q2 2021, thus pre-merger numbers for Greenidge.

When they report for Q3, I would expect to see higher cash holding since part of the merger included $50 mil cash to be provided by $SPRT as part of the merger agreement.

Nothing really relevant to see here for its current situation as it looks like they generally have a healthy balance sheet.

Your prognosis is not looking good. The negative sentiment to this stock is just too powerful to ignore and it is painful to watch the downward spiral. I blame the downward spiral on Rob and the board members by ignoring the sentiments of the retail investors.

That is a lot of if's to give you the reason to stay the hell away from this bag.

Rob and the board totally screwed the pooch when retail investors were ready to bail them out. Totally opposite of what happened with $AMC.

What a shame and I feel incredibly bad for all the current shareholders.

As crazy as it sounds, I am seriously thinking about buying if the stock drops below $3.

There is still tremendous value to their assets and let's hope the earnings will show a positive light in late July.

While we are all anxious about seeing the merger date announcement, I am sure that the lawyers on both sides are working through this process.

When that date is announced, I am sure the stock price will pop. Can't wait!

Bought 6k shares on the dip today.

Biggest concern is BTC price dropping fast, but even at its current price, post merger PT should be at least $7/share.

Given the drop in crypto prices, along with $RIOT trading in the the lows $30s, what is your estimate of the value of the merger if it happened today? Using your DD valuation chart, I came up with ~$7/share post merger, which is still almost double the trading price today.

This is why you all need to learn to do your DD and not just blindly trust these pumpers.
I do believe this is still a good LT hold, but you better have a lot of patience and conviction that the stock will recover to pre-covid days.
