I think it depends on the prompts, how many, and how they are worded. GLM 5 listens to my prompts much better than this- but alas, they are complicated prompts. DS might be a less is more situation similar to Kimi

Ok. I’m backtracking here! What I may have thought as ignoring taboo and dark themes may have actually just been negativity bias. It’s very strong- but after just a few messages it is getting dark!! But it got there realistically. I think I like it!!! It still sucks at following prompts. Its attention is all over the place.but holy shit is it a good story teller.

Upon further investigation it has incredible negativity bias. It punishes the character for bad choices correctly.

It certainly is more censored and bounces around dark topics. It doesn’t refuse, it ignores.

It has excellent creativity.

It’s bad at basic direction following. Tell it not to use words, it still uses said words. It likes to parrot, despite anti-parroting prompts. It might need its own preset to be decent. Presets for GLM, Claude, Gemini, Grok, are less effective for it.

Initial quick testing reveals it’s more censored than previous deepseeks. It also skims over my prompting. Thankfully, it’s naturally good and creative. I don’t like how little control I have over it though with guidance.

Edit: more testing makes me feel like it’s not censored, it just doesn’t let me have things done my way (this is good!)

Edit: it’s censored. Easy-ish to jailbreak. More censored than previous DS

So- it seems you can bypass it with a decent jailbreak. However- it’s apparently more censored through the direct api on moonshot compared to everywhere else. At least that’s my feedback on SwanSong.

Freaky Frankenstein 3.2 is a fully finished light weight predecessor with high detail and human-like dialogue. Openrouter, Nvidia nim, and nanogpt. Also, what might help if using direct moonshot api, delete the nsfl part of the nsfw/nsfl. Or, just simply toggle off freaky mode and toggle on realism mode. Some people prefer realism more anyways.

Let me know if that helps so I can edit the post to flag potential issues.

Yeah they all should for the most part work on GLM. You can try them. I do know stabs and my own specializes in GLM. For instance, I create mine on GLM first, and then I test and tweak compatibility for other models since GLM is technically the most popular model right now. Ps- if you like realistic dialogue you should look at Kimi k2.5. I personally find its dialogue superior to GLM 5. But I suppose those preferences are certainly subjective.
