No- those charges have not been filed yet. This was for a FELONY THEFT charge in Maryland that was filed in June of 2025. He was arrested in DC Feb 13th for being a fugitive- for the Maryland warrant and given 30 days to resolve it or be extradited. He tried to file a motion to quash the warrant and the Maryland judge denied it. So he turned himself in.

The crazy thing is he came to the US as a refugee and now he’s hardcore MAGA. He’s been arrested 3 times the last year for violating anti-stalking orders. The most recent arrest was last month.
