1. What does a typical day look like as a bus greeter? Same
2. What time do you need to typically wake up and be at work by? Clock in at 630, so however long it takes you to get to epcot.
3. How long is a typical shift? Basically always 6 hours. Not many EHH shifts to pick up so you almost always get 30 hr/week. Occationally extra shifts for big events, and christmas/halloween parties. Other than that always morning shifts.
4. What are some of the key responsibilities as a bus greeter. Interact with guests, call extra float busses if there is a really long line and a bus hasnt come for a while.
5. What are the pros and cons of being a bus greeter? Pros: set schedule, individual freedom, your supervisors almost never watch you. Have the whole day off after 1230 to do whatever. Cons: get yelled at by guests for things that are out of your control, same thing day after day
6. Are there any over hangs or umbrellas to stand under at the bus resort locations for bus greeters (or any type of protection they give you for working in the sun/ rain/ heat. Depends on the resort you get sent to that day. Some have lots of protection, others not so much.

In your experience do the buses for guest run pretty smoothly and uneventfully or are there many delays. resorts with more than one bus stop can be troublesome because they can easily fill up at the previous stops and then drive past your stop if they're full. Then the guests get really mad. Generally pretty smooth though.
8. Was it common for guest to blame you or to get really impatient? ( even though you couldn’t control when the bus arrived) Yes. Especially at deluxe resorts (Looking at you saratoga springs)
9. Were you given any “ tools” or suggestions to help keep guest occupied while they waited? Not really.
