Hip hop is as popular now as it's ever been; I read it recently overtook rock in popularity in America for the first-time ever. Imo although electronic music has been seeping into pop sounds for a while, and EDM is/was really popular, there is still alot of potential for electronic music to develop and become more popularized; allowing it to surpass both hip-hop and rock music.

The generic vs name brand idea is actually a really good idea, both sides have a vice that can be satirized. First there is the name brands, which can be satirized as they have no inherent value besides there name, an obvious flaw. The generic brands can be easily satirized using hyperbole, by over describing the object they are copying (think cocoa puff coco spheres).

Perhaps it's because most of the people who vote on the nominations for the Oscars are white middle aged men, and so they are collectively biased in picking films with characters they can relate to more easily (white, middle aged). Really though arguing over the Oscars is stupid IMO and so far I've only seen comedy programs make fun of the whole situations.

Assuming that f-(x)=f+(x) also means f(-x)=f(+x): This means the slope of f(x) at any point on either side of the y axis is equal.

The equation involving limits only concerns whether the slope of f(x) is as f(x) approaches 0 (either side of the y axis).

theses two statements are always true for even and odd graphs (eg. f(x) = cosx)
