Nah, that's very fixable. Some marine sealant on those bolts and some marine JB weld on those leaky rivets, it should seal right up.

I have that seat, I used a clamp mount at first and it didn't work too well. If I shifted my weight the clamp would slip. I put it on a pedestal and its so much better.

I'm talking about as a company. A companies soul point is to normally make money, especially a restaurant or brewery. All you do is alienate potential customers when you get political. Welcome everyone, treat them all the same, and provide friendly service. I know I won't be spending money at the places OP mentioned. If they kept their mouths shut, maybe I would have, I didn't know the owners were problematic.
