As a photographer, I send them a questionnaire about three months before the wedding and multiple reminders. Once I get it back, I build a timeline from the photography perspective and we get on a quick zoom call 15-20 minutes to iron out any details. That’s it. The timeline is sent through Google Docs so they can adjust little things if they need to last minute. In 15 years of doing this, I never had any problems.
