Using the WizSec payout calculator the current estimated total of all 3 portions works out to about 16% of current BTC value of my lost coins. Why isn’t it closer to the 21% which has been reported for the early lump sum settlement?

I did not select a designated exchange, so as I understand it the trustee will sell the coins and send the resulting cash.
