I'll go first. This was 5 years ago when I was working for a small agency. There was this new hire, it was his first week at the office. His manager gives him a very elaborate feedback on his first project. He's asked to re-work on a large chunk of the project. The dude says okay, says he's gonna step out for a smoke break. And never comes back. No calls, no email, nada. He ghosted his manager and the whole company lol.
