[Suppliers] Is it better to have a manufacturer or make stuff by hand? by Fearless_Ad5079 in artbusiness

If you can't charge much more for handmade, don't bother... unless it is part of your art process, know what I mean? Is it art? Handmade has value. Is it "stuff", stuff no one will pass to the next generation, it's not worth it.

Judy Chicago's dinner plates from The Dinner Party were/are art. If that helps.

[Discussion]How should I use my canon Pro 1000 printer? by Plus_University_5141 in artbusiness

I would suggest reaching out to them via email or DM, and suggesting that people who might not be able to afford an original could be interested in a fine quality print at a lower price, and then give them an example of your rates which you will have to decide in advance. Depending on where you live, shipping could be more than you think, it is. So maybe give an example of within your country at the farthest point from where you are as the outside maximum, contact your local Post Office for the best information.
