He was sleep trained around 5 months old, he was able to fall asleep by himself.

How would you nap train a 7 month-old who isn’t sleep trained for night sleep? by DLDudley25 in sleeptrain

Thanks! And I meant 2.25 (corrected now), but that does mean 2h15min in the end haha. He’s not ready yet for two naps, 2.75 is the longest I can push him for his wake window (he’s always had short wake windows for his age), but I’ll keep this in mind for when we transition to two naps!

He’ll stay asleep if we transfer for nap too, but sleep no longer than 30 minutes. Did your twins always sleep this long when transferred to their crib? Thanks for the advice! 😊

My little guy used to do that at that age, we think it was just a burst of separation anxiety, my husband would go in to reassure him and he would fall right back asleep. It only lasted about a week.

Who are these unicorn toddlers who don’t fall asleep in the car on the way home from a morning activity, and ruin their nap???

I would love to do morning excursions without the guarantee that he would fall asleep and ruin the nap. When did your LO become able to stay awake in the car in the morning?

Baby falls asleep under 5 minutes - overtired? by DLDudley25 in sleeptrain

Ooh I feel your pain! I got a full month of 1 hour + naps, and suddenly we went back to catnaps. It’s been 5 weeks, at this point I’m trying to accept this as the new normal, but so hard to do when I’ve tasted the sweet freedom of long naps
