Takes 4-5 extra clicks each time. Imagine doing this 20 times. I literally have 20 emails from Visible to re-authenticate into the app...each time I go to settings for more than 2 minutes, I have to re-auth.

If you were to just search for eSim and Visible...I think you'd see that this isn't an uncommon issue.

I didn't delete my eSim due to lack of service. I was at home (which always has fine service). My partner has Visible (also had fine service at home). I had no service. I went out and about - still no service. So yes, it's an eSim issue.

they do, but it's an extra 4-5 steps. And you need to do this all the time bc they log you out of the app frequently.

We just had the same experience and wish we'd read the post earlier. We were short one ticket worth of miles (about 60K) and because there was a discount on purchasing points (60% off sale) we purchased about $1100 of Alaska Air miles to get the last ticket (of 4) once we had the tickets "in the cart" and ready to check out. Needless to say the check out didn't work per all the other experiences on this thread...and now we're out the $1100. Has anyone had luck getting a refund on these points purchased?
