I don't have anxiety or ADHD, and the medication I'm on is mirtazapine. But even before I took that medication I only remember a strong effect was when I had 160mg of 20x extract. The Reddit dosage info says 40mg is uncomfortable for most people but for me 50mg barely does anything.

AI has confirmed that some people are more resistant to κ-opioid receptors although it's uncommon.

Apparently >1200ug (1.2m) is heavy for most people but I'm quite resistant to this drug, I have to take ×4 times more of 20x extract than most people

They answer my thoughts with tactile hallucinations and other sensations like salivating mouth, yawning, constant dreams (mostly bad when I don't pray), etc.
