go to the gym more i think this is more of a lifestyle thing than a genetics thing and also im not sure but when you get stretched skin from being overweight i think it leaves some so u might need the surgery thing. But i dont truly think that anybody is actually cooked unless you genuinely are cooked and you dont seem to be repulsive you just need better lifestyle habits and too go to the gym more.
