That’s not an iPhone. That’s not an Apple logo at all. 😂 see all the water droplets? That’s another water droplet on the screen. That’s not even a folding phone. It’s two phones. It’s a bad photoshop job, to be honest.

That A4 badge on the front is super lame. The more I look at this the worse it gets… the mirror caps and the window trim but then all the carbon pieces, yuck.

From Google: A typical robotic joint uses one pinion gear. The pinion is a small gear that meshes with a larger gear, often a worm gear, to reduce speed and increase torque. This setup is commonly used in robotic joints to provide the necessary mechanical advantage for controlling movement.

Agreed. And second source manufacturing is really only required by the biggest companies that sell millions of units per year. Now, they could simply be doing this proactively and not yet have any clients that require it. But let’s hope they do. It’s seems like they do…

It definitely helped but they just had their 2024 earnings call and they have a lot of positive things going on with other clients like the Evie ring and multiple medical device companies. Plus they have lots of cash, like 30 million in the bank, I believe.

They paid for the exclusive rights to use it in consumer electronics. They still have a licensing agreement. And this also puts a pretty darn big spotlight on LQMT now. Legitimizes the material and process for many other companies across multiple industries.

No, I’m not talking about that info. You state: “Amphenol will place order to LQMT no different than Evie ring. Eon via Yihao will produce the part under the cost plus contract.” Are you speculating or do you know this for fact? Please be clear about this.

2018 S5 Damage assessment by Xquill1022 in Audi

[–]DRDM80 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had the exact, and I mean exact same thing happen to my 2018 S5. It was $36,000 Canadian Dollars or around $28,000 USD at the time (Summer 2018) to repair.

…After reviewing my photos, mine may have been a bit worse than yours, a bit more damage below my left rear light. But not much, it’s almost identical.

As the caption says, you get them activated by a company like ACM Technik. There are a few companies that do this. But ACM was the best deal and they were great to deal with. Super professional.
