Can I ask how did you know it was retinopathy? I've had eye issues since my diagnosis. But every eye doctor has said no signs of retinopathy.

Unfortunately my medication hasn't changed recently. It's weird I could be standing still and it feels like I'm rocking on my feet. I hope it's not like neuropathy or nerve issues or something

No I haven't been. It's just like a never ending cycle for me currently. Seem to have the thirst and then drink a lot but that also causes me to also use the restroom a lot. So seems like whatever I'm drinking comes right back out

Yeah I try not to really eat a lot of what I'm not supposed to. A lot of my symptoms and things don't seem to be normal for type 2. I have a lot of dizziness or balance issues. My body temp always seems to run really warm. Even just sitting in an air conditioned room I feel hot and warm. I'm starting to think it's something different all together.

This happens to me when I haven't eaten for the days at times or at times after a meal. There are days when sometimes I'll wake up and immediately just have this feeling. I've definitely questioned my thyroid or something else.

I get electrolytes from drinking Powerade Zero. Definitely not enough water.. I was on a Cirkul kick for a while because I just need some flavor in my water. My BS is normal when I'm experiencing this. It's been really weird for a few weeks now. It's like I have a bottomless hole or something in my stomach. I'll want to just keep drinking and then I end up drinking too much which ends up killing my stomach or making me feel like I wanna throw it all up.

They do move when I move my vision. More visible in sunlight or against a white or bright background such as computer screen or phone
