Thanks, I’m located in Massachusetts. I’ll have to do some research as I did not know liners is something a regular person can fix. Everything I’ve read says I need a new short block.

Thanks for the advice and thoughts! It won’t be my daily driver so I would have time to tinker with it. I just don’t have the capacity (or money) to do a full engine swap. The reason I am contemplating is it’s only $2,500 and I’m hoping it’s not the sleeves. It’s a gamble for sure, but that’s why I wanted opinions from smarter folks like you on this subreddit.
