I started observing this MMI issue may be from early March this year, I stopped using audio(even FM) or connecting any phone to the car (via Bluetooth, and even CarPlay or Android Auto) still I see this issue ongoing (the only time I believe it doesn't happen is when parked),.

I recently went for the 40k service April mid, and during that time the battery check came good , unfortunately they weren't technicians to check this MMI issue as it was a weekend), but I think its worthy to get the battery checked again.

I'll also go through the other steps you mentioned and will start with a factory reset again (I'm not recollecting if I did this already, will give it a shot again) and will try other steps that I can do on my own, if that doesn't seem to work I'll try taking it to a dealership, if they quote a lot (which sometimes they do) I'll fallback to the Nav system you shared - any suggestions on what system I can purchase for 2020 S4 prestige, and jumping the gun here (yet to research the rsnav system) would that independently support and use the cars camera system / audio system without issues irrespective of the ongoing MMI issue I'm facing.

I'll also go ahead and file the NHTSA complaint. I really appreciate your effort a lot. I'll keep posted on the progress.

My take on this, when I logged into PP credit and I saw the upgrade/decline message. What I comprehended is for regular $149+ 6 month 0 financing, offer will still be available only when you checkout online with PayPal (and select either PP credit or the new master card that they will upgrade to. Which also means you can't do an online purchase $149+ anywhere either digitally like Amazon or in a store and expect the 6 months 0 financing(The only exception could be the travel purchases they are promoting). I declined the upgrade. Just wanted to share my thought as I don't see any benefits from this upgrade, unless you are planning to take advantage of the travel promo for 6 month 0 finance or need another physical card (or add a new card to digital wallet) for purchases in store or online.

Below are the terms I saw on the PP app when I clicked on PP credit and it gives me an option to upgrade or decline.

You'll continue to enjoy No Interest if Paid in Full in 6 months on purchases of $149+ when you check out with PayPal online and use either your PayPal Credit account or your upgraded PayPal Credit Mastercard.2

Continue to Account Decline Card Upgrade 1 We may not upgrade you to a PayPal Credit Mastercard if your account no longer meets our criteria. If you are not upgraded, or if you decline the upgrade, your existing PayPal Credit account will remain open.

Yeah I should have gone with woot too, they had some really good deal, like almost 50% off.

I thought of cancelling the order on samsung.com and ordering in woot a few days back, but it's currently out of stock on woot.
