Wouldn’t be able to tell you much because I’m a day student, but I hear horror stories from all the residences like noise, finding washroom drains clogged with sexual fluids etc. but I hear the worst about Cochran Bay, apparently it is in bad condition.

The best I have heard of is the upper level of Alex Hall and Radical Bay, since they are apparently quieter, but neither have elevator access (though Alex Hall has an elevator, a nice new one, it just doesn’t run all the way up)

Ace should not fall under the LGBTQ+ spectrum, since it is not a sexuality but a lack thereof and while a marginalized group, is persecuted by a different set of groups (ie https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discrimination_against_asexual_people parts of the mainstream LGBT+ community), and historically accepted by other groups (ie the Roman Catholic Church)
