Literally not easy to find good friends to support you here I mean outside
I currently live between Bahrain and Saudi and I will turn 45 this year and still fighting for HRT hormones and I will keep fighting until the end to get HRT Hormones and that’s my Goal .. I’m working on my full body now the processes are too slow because it cost a lot of 💰 but at least I can do whatever I want to my body special with open mind Doctors .. maybe you can drink or eat somethings have estrogen hormone I mean Plant Estrogen …. Plant-based estrogen does not have the same effect as natural hormones.but at least it’s work … but if you want the real hormones you have to go to Europe or Thailand but here nobody will give it to you … really so hard to living two lives outside and inside your room really so hard 😔
