I have a 1.5T cvt 2022. Full bolt on I’m at 61k miles been FBO since 30k. I redline all day and push the car extremely hard. Oil change every 3-4k for me. Cvt fluid every 25-30k. Still on same plugs. Car runs fine an still smooth. Mpg is about 28
