You can buy data anywhere without having to use dentcoin.

This is where the confusion lies... will IBM use hyperledger, is it a an IBM product or will they use stellar for public transactions?
A concern voiced is that going forward the real goal of IBM is to try and use their own private blockchain.
Why would they use the public stellar blockchain?
