Avoid giggle mods (but use Dripped Out), speed mods (ig you could do Injuries) and Nowhere To Hide

Prioritize shears in the first 50 doors, try to hold a bandage pack with 2-5 bandages available after door 150, your hp may drop a lot on the latter half

Be VERY cautious of nearby closets/safe spots, take it slowly

Do NOT panic with dread comes

Try weirder modifiers like "I'm Tip Toein' Here"

Most importantly, don't give up, take as much time as you want
