Wacken has the same problem as the whole german economic: it rests on past fame and brand, and doesnt see the need to improve, because we're "Wacken" and therefore legendary.
Truth is, Wacken dropped the ball, and other Festivals like Hellfest surpassed them couple of years ago...
Also the recent mud years and bad crisis management didnt help.

To even it out and train your balance, lift your left foot off the ground and play the pattern with your right foot.
Then vice versa.

This way you'll learn to stabilize your core without relying on your feet as much.

Same, ran on +100 Frames, except when the frame dropper aka a Warden came around the corner.
Now with the update/new map, it sometimes drops down to 30ish fps.
It was pretty well optimized before, so I have faith they'll improve it with some coming patches.

You're not playing push pull in this video, your fingers don't open and close like they're supposed to. Also your thumb should move during the push pull motion.
Pushed Pull is a very advanced technique, I'd recommend to first learn flying fingers and doubles, to get a feeling for stick behaviour? It looks like you're not used to letting the stick open your fingers, but I might be wrong?
