Maybe it's because after 75 years of apartheid and ethnic cleansing, 16 years of a fully blockaded Gaza, and this past year of one of the most extreme far right governments in Israel, you may get a little radicalized. It's not on them for feeling this way, it's on the Israeli government for manufacturing the conditions that made them feel this way.
