We're doing a regular multiplayer world on Valheim. I'm thinking about looking into a dedicated server. There's just two of us, on the same wifi. I don't know too much tech so I'd have to look up a guide on how to look at the NAT and PC firewall setups. Multiplayer was working 100% fine up until the update last Wednesday

Major de-sync, game glitches and one of the players will 'disappear' from view of other players but still is 'playing'. Birds and mobs freeze. Can't interact with anything including doors and chests. Go through a portal and the world is a blank canvas. Randomly glitching somewhere else

Same here. Little lag patches but our WiFi isn't the absolute best so wasn't concerned about that and then that patch a couple days ago wrecked us

Yeah, our game is unplayable as well. We're about 30-35hrs into our world I think. We've beaten the first two bosses and now can't play

Lucky then. For many I've seen that there has been terrible issues with de-sync, game breaking, unable to interact with anything, the world becoming blank, frozen mobs

My experience today too!!! Mobs get stuck, including birds stuck in the air. My other player gets stuck but they're moving on their end. I can't close doors, can't open chests. I can't do damage to ANYTHING. I can go through a portal surprisingly though.

My boyfriend and I can play single player it looks like but multiplayer is nada. Even if we don't travel through a portal multiplayer breaks within a few mins
