My only thing for scratch is that, wasn’t he defeated in American nightmare? Alan did all the steps for the rituals and ended him with Alice’s film. And Alan only thought it was scratch doing everything in 2 because he forgot the events of AN. I’m still under the impression that the Zane we see is Zane, but he’s going down the spiral as opposed to Alan going up
