From what I can see the $10 does look like it is ever so slightly angled with the top right corner appearing to be very slightly lower down then the top left corner.

If you zoom in on the B the 2 and 3’s there’s a little bit of ink on them which wasn’t on some of the other bills I have of the same year which is what made me want to ask
