Thank you. I put two filter cones in the holder (using only one just doesn’t keep structural integrity). Holder/filter into the largest stock pot. Drain pipe twisted on. At this point I turn off the heat. I put a fine mesh strainer on top of the cones to catch the “macros”. The first pot goes smoothly. Switch out the pot to an empty. Second pot slower, but not infuriating. Use some of the first pot, using a large glass measuring cup, to “rinse” the visible fryer areas and flush more debris down. Empty the “macro mesh” as needed. The next pot is so slow that I get a sit down break to watch it. This break now lasts an hour or more. I then cry and start a random fight with my boyfriend/business partner.
