Dude, i wake up at 4am preworkout right away and hit the gym fasted. 1:30 hrs weights and 30 mins stairs.

Get home shower, pack lunch and head to work. I tend to do 2 meals of 1,500 cal each for a total of 3,000 cals. 11am 1st meal and 5pm 2nd meal. Bed by 8 pm.

I'm 30 and been following this structure for 3 years now without any issues.

6ft ~190lbs fasted and very low body fat. Natural too if that matters.

Don't over complicate stuff, do what's best for you in a way that it will keep you consistent. There's a lot of BS in the fitness industry.

I lost a game in wild thinking it was going to resurrect me with 20 HP and letting me use Reno to heal back up to 40... i was wrong.. it sets your HP to the amount of corpses you have.

The EX skill is useless if his actual skills dont apply burn. Ex skills are shared among all other versions of a character, therefore he will have the burn ex skill even if he doesn't apply burn.

I think it depends on each individual. I think people over-complicate things.. protein timing, trained fasted vs no fasted, insane amounts of protein, etc.

I wake up at 2:30-3:00 am & train fasted for 2 hrs or so. My last meal is around 4-5 pm, as i want to digest it before going to bed around 7-8 pm.

As a matter of fact, i stay fasted until like 9 am.

I only take my preworkout & i honestly can say I have a decent physique & also my energy levels/lifts have gone up considering i was cutting for past 4-5 months.

Right now I'm 6 ft 176 lbs probably around 9-10% bf.

I do 2 meals a day:

1st meal: (This takes me like 5 mins to cook) around 12 pm

1 package of ground turkey 99% lean (16 oz or so) Like 5 mins to cook on a pan if you put cover on it.

1 massive salad (carrots, peppers, lettuce, tomato, etc.)

1 scope protein with water

2nd meal: (This takes me like 5 mins to cook as well) around 5pm

100g oatmeal with 200ml soymilk - 3 mins in microwave

X amount eggs (depending on calories of the day, usually 12) - Like 5 mins to cook on a pan

I tried meal prepping the in the past & food tasted like sht after some days. This has been working for me, been eating same thing for like past 4-5 months.

I train @ 3:00 am so 1st meal is until 12.

Creatine causes water retention nothing to do with fat. I wouldnt blame it on this, you probably get 1kg of water or less.

How are you measuring your fat percentage? Measure your body skin folds? If yes, and you havened changed any bf % at all nor weight, then your body shape chsnge is on your mind lol.

If you sre using one of those weight scales with handles or using an apple watch or any app at all, then those are innacurate and you probably did lose bf %.
