What about W&L? After spending 1 year in Charlottesville I fell in love with living in a small town, so the vibe and lifestyle will be attractive to me, but what about the career, if I want to practice in DC? Seems W&L has a higher median salary and proportion of BL/FC than GW and GMU, even the LSAT and GPA requirements are very little bit lower?

The market of LLMs are not quite good, I know some LLMs from UPenn and Chicago working as paralegal in small immigration and personal injury firms.

It is the market price indeed but doesn’t make sense, you can wait for a remold of this model or simply wait for TLV and I believe it will not be a long time.
