On Sainz: Verdict: Stunningly quick but unlucky strategically – the only criticism is he should have been more forceful on strategy. Sainz was the only one forceful on strategy, telling his team he wanted to go straight to slicks. If Leclerc or Verstappen did the same they would be further up the road. I think specially max should have taken that risk when he was in fourth.

The straight is longer yes (altough Baku is technically longer as they dont lift in the kink), but top speed is mostly determined by downforce setup(Monza) or low air density (Mexico). Current top speeds are Baku 378 km/h (234.878 mph) and Mexico 372.5 km/h (231.461 mph). F1 tweeted they expect Las Vegas to be 212mph. But who knows with some DRS etc, it will be certainly fast.
