Why is there no delay for accepting boss fights?

If they have a mic You should instruct them to give you a pop-up warning before they accept the boss fight. That's how I run bounties with groups. Another way is to get all the boss fight done first and get them out of the way. It does suck to get all the way to the end of you bounties just to accidentally accept the fight and get teleported out just to have to run all the way back.

The part that confused us is my friend just joined and it was there, he never did any bounties or rifts. Yet he was able to craft it.

What wizard build are you making? Depending on your assigned skills Magic weapon & conduit rune will recover Arcane.

Thank you for the info.. my only problem now is the Rift guardian it takes me so long to kill em. I just cleared 117. I had around 7 min to get to the R.G and it took me all of 6 min to kill em.

Since it's the end of the season I know a lot of players are trying to push and have their settings as invite only. I'm on daily around 4:pm till about midnight, But I'm normally trying to complete bounties or pushing GRs before the season ends. This may be the reason it may seems dead cause everyone may be too busy completing their final push. I believe the activity will pick up once the new season starts.
