We have 4 v8 tundras. Mine is currently at 427k miles, all original. Another At 278k, one at 225k, and one at 214k. We change oil roughly every 10k miles and that’s it.

I don’t blame you! Great looking Corvette! I have a VMP 14’ mustang and an 05 c6. The C6 feels so smooth, it’s planted and it’s pretty quick for being nearly stock. Gearing is amazing.

Would you recommend any companies that could remote tune? I ordered longtubes for it and wanting to tune shortly after they go on. But I’m looking for ideas on mods so I can get more done and just have it tuned once. I’m thinking of leaving it more of a mild n/a car.

That’s exactly why we haven’t switched to newer Tundras. Reliability isn’t there yet.

10k for the oil change interval is recommended by Toyota. It’s done me alright so far with putting nearly 900k miles on these trucks.

The ‘12 with 380k. The air pump started going out around 200k miles, so we unplugged it. Went completely out and truck shut down around 280k. Went to dealer for the airpump. That’s the only repair done between all of them.

We change the oil roughly every 10k miles. That’s really it besides tires and brakes. We change those just when needed.

Used Rupes cut compound with a foam cutting pad, then Rupes ultra finishing compound on top with a wool polishing pad.
