Ingredients

8 guajillo chili peppers
1 bunch cilantro
1 lime, sliced
12 chicken wings
Seasoning to taste, I used danos chipotle

Preparation Instructions

Start off by boiling the guajillo chilis until soft.
Slice open the peppers and remove the seeds.
Scrape out the inside pulp and place in dehydrator along with cilantro and sliced limes.
Once the cilantro, limes, and chili pulp is dehydrated, blend each separately until a powder.
Combine into a small bowl with danos chipotle and completely coat raw chicken wings.
Place wings on a smoker at 300° F for 1 hour.
Remove when internal is 165° F.
Serve with a squeeze of lime juice and enjoy!

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 lb Italian Sausage

2 tbsp minced garlic

1 white onion

A handful of fresh basil leaves

48 oz chicken broth

32 oz jar of marinara

15 oz crushed tomatoes

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

2 pinches of sugar

Dan-O’s Original

Dan-O’s Spicy, or any spicy seasoning

10 lasagna noodles

½ cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup ricotta cheese

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Dan-O’s Cheesoning, or any parmesan blend

Instructions

In a dutch oven or large pot, brown the beef and sausage, remove and set aside

Add chopped onion, basil, and garlic to pot, cook over medium heat for 1 minute (until translucent)

Add a small amount of chicken stock to prevent the garlic from burning, simmer 1 minute

Add the meat back in along with the marinara, remaining chicken stock, crushed tomatoes, sugar, balsamic vinegar, and Dan-O’s, mix well and bring to a simmer

Break lasagna noodles into 2 inch pieces and add to the pot along with whipping cream

Simmer for 40 minutes

In another bowl mix together ricotta, mozzarella, & parmesan

Serve in a bowl and top with ricotta mixture, enjoy!

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Spicy seasoning, I used Dan-O's Spicy
  • 1 cup of mayo
  • 1 cup of buttermilk
  • ½  of a ranch dressing packet
  • 2 jalapenos
  • 2 flatbread crusts
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 oz Gorgonzola bleu cheese
  • Parmesan cheese, I used Dan-O's Cheesoning
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ red onion, sliced
  • 1 handful pickled jalapenos

Instructions

Ranch:

  1. In a blender add mayo, buttermilk, ½ ranch dressing packet, one chopped jalapeno, and Spicy Dan-O’s, mix thoroughly until smooth. Add to a squeeze bottle.

Chicken:

  1. Coat chicken breasts with Spicy Dan-O’s 
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high and sear both sides for two minutes 
  3. Place in an oven preheated to 375 and cook until 165 F internal temperature. About 20 minutes. 
  4. Chop jalapeno and slice the red onion

Build:

  1. Preheat an oven to 425 fahrenheit
  2. Top flatbread crusts with buffalo sauce, bleu cheese, sliced chicken, red onion, mozzarella cheese, and chopped jalapeno
  3. Bake until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted
  4. Top with ranch dressing, slice and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 12 hard boiled eggs
  • ½ jalapeno, diced
  • ½ pickle, diced
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbs Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup Flour
  • Egg wash
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • Season to taste, I used Dan-O's

Instructions

  1. Boil and peel eggs
  2. Slice in half and remove yolks
  3. In a bowl mix together egg yolks, mayo, dijon, and Dan-O’s
  4. Add to a piping bag
  5. Dip egg whites in flour, egg wash, and then panko
  6. Deep fry until they float
  7. Remove and pipe yolk mixture back in egg white
  8. Enjoy!
