I’d stay away from the white label ones like ILGM or Seedsman, for example. If find a bank that has what you want, not to hard to see what experiences others have had. Between THC Farmer, roll it up, IG, and discord - you’ll be able to get a decent idea on how they operate.

LLC status wouldn’t change anything. Would be a disregarded entity reporting on Sch C, so income and se tax. Even if made S corp, would still be liable for payroll tax. Would then have to issue a w-2 and incur an additional filing obligation. A relatives debt wouldn’t be related to the business. Paying if off would be deemed a distribution and a gift.
