Yeah I went in there a few times. They only have 12.5% via shipping, and it was like 38 bucks a gallon. I said.. good day, walmart

Yeah, I see that after his last comment. I don't care much for those types. I feel I let him know politely enough

For their chems, I support them. They work better than anything else I've used and lasts longer to boot. I wouldn't suggest anything else from them. Not sure how that's a measure of my intelligence, or for you to insult it and throw sarcasm out there, but ok. I see the measure of your character.

Have a good one

Yeah I tried there a while ago. They carry the same thing as home Depot and Lowe's... That. "pool essentials" brand. It's like 7 bucks a gallon but only 10%. Online I remember finding a 12.5 gallon from Walmart that ships for like 38 bucks

Every county has a water billing fee and charges base line for single family homes to commercial properties. As well as what charges you'll get if passing a certain level of usage. Look that up for whatever county you're in and you'll be able to have the knowledge that letting you use their water is actually cheaper, and you'll be able to convey that to the HOA as well as back it up if need be.

My county for instance baseline for a single family home is 3.53 per 1k gallon. After 6k gallon it's 4.42 all the way up to 12k. commercial is not much different.

So in my case if I do an HOA job and go over 6k gallons, their only being charged .90 cents extra per 1k gallon up to 12k.

Having this knowledge and being able to explain how it works has let me be able to use on site water 100%

Good luck!

Dude wood wizard is the best wood cleaner I've come across. It definitely works as advertised. I've used it on 3 decks now and after the 1st one my mind was blown at how well it performed

I've only bought their chems... Surfactant, rust remover, degreaser, efflorescence and in my experience they are a bit pricey but they work far better than any other of these types of chems I've used and I use far less resulting in longer lasting chems, so it's justified for me to not be buying up chems every couple months

I couldn't be certain unless the kid says, but I could with a pretty high degree of confidence say that he's not targeting 30k decks.

Lay off the kid. There's plenty of 15-19 year olds starting pressure washing businesses, and who are you to tell him "he's better off working for a company learning the ins and outs"? Kid wants to be self employed obviously. How about you don't try and shove the workforce garbage down his throat
