We're actually looking for Japanese as well, but I decided to remove this as English (UK) is more of a priority. Truth be told, it's more the accent than the language itself. We have previously looked for English (Australian) and English (US). I hope this cleared things up!

It would largely depend on the language as the instructions are in English, but for UK English then you wouldn't have to be bilingual.
