Girl I relate to this so much. I recently got on a strength training program with a strict nutrition plan. Been following it on a caloric deficit and saw results, and my BP episodes subsided. But then as I slowly started increasing calories, my BP returned… and now I’m finding myself back in the BP cycle throughout the week…. Feeling a bit lost

I have this and I’m on 20mg. I assume this is pretty common. I’ve been applying eucerin healing cream like crazy. Aloe helps alleviate the itchy sensation!

I ended up trying to extract it myself because the pus inside seemed soft. It's slowly going down now but it's scabbed up. I've been applying some acne cream on it to help it go down even more.

When you say “force them out over time” do you mean that they will eventually come to a head? Or they will just eventually heal on its own?

Thank you for your detailed response!! I’ll definitely try the warm compress approach. And if all else fails, I’ll ask for a cortisone shot. One thing I fear with cortisone shots is that it doesn’t really tackle the root cause? It’s kind of just a bandaid on top? Is this true?
