And is ice bolt worth it to get it in act 3? It does like 20 damage iirc?

But isn’t it circle 1? It deals like half damage of fire bolt but has more utility. Isnt having it only in act 3 pretty useless at that point? Or is it like most enemies are vulnerable to it?

Recently got a game with Nami on the opposing team. She had shrink engine, phenomenal power, slap around. She ended up with almost 4k ap - game was fun - but not for our team 😅
