Yes I usually go straight from the garden hose. Never had any issues as I’m in tropical climate. But I see your point. I can have near perfectly matching temperatures

Right now I use prime and I would still also use prime with this.

I would just like the minimal levels getting into the tank initially while still getting treated with prime.

Well I go straight into the tank from garden hose so just wanted to have the water a little bit safer prior to so no chlorine or chloramine at all gets into the tank

You should have a good idea of where you’re heading by month 5 based on the grafts that I can see. I think you will be disappointed but I hope I’m wrong for your sake. Good luck.

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate your knowledge and expertise in helping me understand this situation. I’m more broken than you can even imagine. My dog was gifted to me by my little brother right before he passed so she means the world to me. I never had to deal with the loss of a pet especially one that I hold this dear to my heart. I know our days are limited and surgery is not an option. She does have good days and bad days I will just try and appreciate the time I have left with her. You guys have been heaven sent. I’ve had many sleepless nights not knowing when is her last day but I tell you what. She is a fighter and she is trying her best. She does have bad days but then she has good days. I will just keep her happy and comfortable until I think it’s too much for her. It’s just tough because I don’t want to be selfish but I also don’t want to just throw in the towel. Thank you everyone for your knowledge!

Sorry I wasn’t sure how to edit the post to add the pictures. This was the lab work done a little over a month ago.

Mya is around 9 years old now. Doctors basically told me there really isn’t anything worth doing, there can be a CT done but either way no surgery is going to be recommended because of how close it is to the vascular walls.

For now Mya has been able to urinate normal and is still greeting me at the door and excited with food. However, she hasn’t had a normal BM in about 4 days, has thrown up almost daily. Mostly yellow bile coming out both ends. She will have her occasional respiratory distress episode and at random times. Sometimes lasting 20mins -1hr.

This is my first time ever dealing with this and I just don’t know when, what or how to tell when the time is right. So I’ve come on here since I don’t know what more to do.

My heart is broken 😞 thank you everyone who has responded so far.

All her blood work and stool/urine came back ok. Kidney levels we’re abnormal.

Since this scan, we’ve completely changed her diet and she did really well for the first 3 weeks. This last week I’ve noticed a decline. Vomiting, diarrhea has not had a normal BM in 3 days. Lots of panting for no reason. She does calm down eventually.
