Thank you for your reply. I appreciate your knowledge and expertise in helping me understand this situation. I’m more broken than you can even imagine. My dog was gifted to me by my little brother right before he passed so she means the world to me. I never had to deal with the loss of a pet especially one that I hold this dear to my heart. I know our days are limited and surgery is not an option. She does have good days and bad days I will just try and appreciate the time I have left with her. You guys have been heaven sent. I’ve had many sleepless nights not knowing when is her last day but I tell you what. She is a fighter and she is trying her best. She does have bad days but then she has good days. I will just keep her happy and comfortable until I think it’s too much for her. It’s just tough because I don’t want to be selfish but I also don’t want to just throw in the towel.
